I am an empath and have been able to feel energy and spirit from a young age.

​

​My own healing journey started to unfold in my early twenties (back in the early 1990's!) with yoga, meditation, Indian Head Massage and Reiki 1.​​Studying and practising body work, energy healing modalities, readings, meditation and mediumship development has deepened my knowledge and offerings over the years.​ 

 

I apply my learning to my own self development as it's my passion - I ''do the work'' too. Know thyself first.  

As above, so below, as within, so without!

Most of all I am, simply my modest self, dedicating my  life's path to continue knowing myself and being of service to others in my own gentle, authentic and nurturing way.
