Your aura is a radiant field of energy that surrounds and emanates from your body, revealing the intricate tapestry of your spiritual, emotional, and physical state. Like a celestial rainbow, the colours of your aura dance and shift, offering profound insights into your energetic landscape.

There are some wonderful tools out here such as Aura Photography which will offer a snapshot (as it will depend upon your emotional state at the time the photograph is taken) of the colour of your aura. Pictured above is a photo I had tucked away (hence why the colours have faded a little! considering it''s 20years old I don't think it's too bad!).

Discover the Meaning Behind the Colous of the Aura

1. Red — The Colour of Vitality and Passion

A fiery red aura signifies strong physical energy, vitality, and passion. It reflects a person who is grounded, energetic, and often driven by strong emotions. Sometimes, it indicates courage, determination, or a desire for action. However, an overly intense red might suggest anger, fear or restlessness.

2. Orange — The Colour of Creativity and Joy

Vibrant orange hues reveal a creative spirit, enthusiasm, and a zest for life. Those with orange in their aura are often adventurous, playful, and open to new experiences. It also signifies emotional balance and a healthy sense of self-expression and creativity.

3. Yellow — The Colour of Intellect and Optimism

A bright yellow aura radiates mental clarity, optimism, and joy. It indicates an energetic, curious mind and a joyful outlook. Yellow also relates to inner wisdom, confidence, and a love for learning. An overabundance may sometimes suggest anxiety, restlessness or a need for boundaries.

4. Green — The Colour of Healing and Compassion

A lush green aura symbolizes love, compassion, and healing energy. It reflects a nurturing personality, someone who is empathetic and deeply connected to nature and others' well-being. A healthy green indicates emotional balance, while darker shades might suggest healing needs or emotional wounds.

5. Blue — The Colour of Communication and Truth

A calming blue aura signifies clarity, calmness, and a deep desire for truthful expression. It is associated with intuition, spiritual awareness, and a peaceful nature. Bright blue indicates effective communication, while darker shades may point to emotional suppression or the need for self-expression.

6. Indigo — The Colour of Intuition and Spiritual Insight

Indigo hues reveal a highly intuitive, sensitive soul with a strong connection to spiritual realms. It indicates a person who is attuned to their inner voice and possesses deep wisdom. Excessive indigo may sometimes suggest escapism or a need for grounding.

7. Violet — The Colour of Higher Consciousness

Violet or purple in the aura symbolizes spiritual awareness, enlightenment, and connection to divine energies. It often appears in those who are spiritually evolved or on a path of awakening. A vibrant violet indicates a strong spiritual presence, while dull shades may suggest a need for spiritual nurturing.

8. White — The Colour of Purity and Protection

A white or shimmering aura reflects purity, protection, and a high spiritual vibration. It signifies a soul that is spiritually awakened, protected, or in a state of grace. White can also be a sign of healing or a fresh spiritual start.

9. Black or Dark Colours — The Colors of Blockages or Transformation

Dark hues, including black, may indicate energetic blockages, fears, or emotional wounds. Often, these colors signal a need for healing and transformation. They can also represent protection or shielding from negative energies.

I'll write soon about how you can practice seeing your own or anothers aura!
