Establishing a sacred space and engaging in a ritual before each session is a vital component of my practice, serving as a fundamental basis for all forms of energy work.
As beings of energy, we are attuned to non-verbal signals, so jumping straight into a healing or reading without adequate preparation can be disconcerting for both me and my client.
Energy work functions on a higher frequency, necessitating that we elevate our own vibrational state. I accomplish this through various techniques, including the use of sage, crystals, and essential oils (though I do keep some of my methods under wraps!).
The purpose of my preparation is to foster focused intention, alignment, and attunement with my client's energy. This process allows me to be fully present, facilitating a more intuitive and meaningful exchange of energy.
I create an environment I like to call your "home frequency," designed to evoke a comforting sense of belonging. This is why my clients often express feeling relaxed the moment they enter.
Setting space is not only crucial for my clients; it is also an integral part of my own life.
Creating space is important in both professional and personal settings. It enables us to establish boundaries, nurture healthy relationships, and safeguard our well-being.
Here are several ways in which creating space can support your life:
Mental Clarity: Having a specific area for work or relaxation helps distinguish different facets of life, making it easier to concentrate and be productive.

Self-Care: Dedicating time and space for self-care practices—such as meditation, exercise, or hobbies—can greatly enhance overall quality of life.
Work-Life Balance: By creating clear distinctions between work and personal life, we can prevent one from overshadowing the other, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling existence.
In summary, establishing space is a vital practice that not only contributes to professional success but also nurtures personal fulfillment and well-being.
Rituals also hold significant importance in our lives; we all have them. However, their effectiveness hinges on their deeper meaning; without significance, they become mere superficial gestures rather than genuine acts of cleansing.
To weave this into your daily routine, pay attention to how you navigate your day. Reflect on your morning rituals, how you savour your coffee to how you prepare yourself for sleep.
By being more intentional about your personal energy space, you will cultivate a richer sense of balance and joy throughout your day, consciously adjusting your internal vibrational frequency.
