Remote viewing is the fascinating practice of perceiving information about a distant or unseen target using only the mind and focused intuition.

Many have used it for personal growth, problem-solving, or even exploring the mysteries of the universe itself! (why keep oneself earthbound haha!).

Are you curious about how to get started?

Here’s a simple guide to help you begin your remote viewing journey.

1. Set a Clear Intention

Begin by deciding what it is that you want to view. It could be a place, a person, an object, or an event. Keep your intention specific but open enough for your intuition to explore.

2. Create a Calm Space

Find a quiet, comfortable environment free from distractions. Use calming music, deep breathing, or meditation to center yourself and clear your mind.

3. Focus Your Mind

Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths. Visualise a bright, protective light surrounding you. Set the intention to connect with the target.........and to remain open to whatever impressions come through.

4. Use a Proxy or Coordinates

If you're viewing a specific location or object, write down its details or use a set of coordinates (like a map grid). This helps your subconscious focus without your conscious mind influencing the process.

5. Allow Impressions to Flow

Don’t try to force images or ideas. Instead, observe what comes to mind—images, sounds, feelings, or even smells. Trust your intuition, even if the impressions seem vague or strange.

6. Record Your Impressions

Keep a journal of everything you notice during your session. Sketch images, write down words, or describe feelings. Over time, patterns and clearer insights will emerge.

7. Review and Interpret

Once your session ends, review your notes. With practice, you’ll start recognising the significance of your impressions. Cross-reference your findings with actual information when possible.

8. Practice Regularly

Like any skill, remote viewing improves with consistent practice. Dedicate a little time each day or week to strengthen your intuitive abilities and deepen your connection.

Remote viewing is a skill that develops gradually.

Be patient, trust your intuition, and enjoy the process of exploring the unseen.

With practice, you’ll find yourself more confident in accessing information beyond the physical realm I promise!
