Facing a block you just cannot shift? or are you ready to explore the deeper mysteries of your inner world combining integration, energetics and frequency? then these sessions are designed for you! Literally.* (*Please note, I take a high-integrity, personalised approach to this work, and intentionally limit the number of clients I accept to ensure each person receives focused behind-the-scenes support between sessions.) *First Step - Foundation* For our first connection, I recommend booking a two-hour Immersive Session (not required if you've had one within the last 2 months)— either a Sacred Soul Reading, an Extended Healing/Reading, or a Bespoke 2-Hour session below. This provides the soul space needed to weave through your energy, challenges and intentions - and to ensure we are a good energetic fit. *The Journey: Momentum & Transformation* We then move into a series of focused sessions tailored for you. We’ll work together to keep your momentum high, and I’ll provide gentle "homework" to help you carry the shifts into your daily life. I typically find that 3 - 6 sessions create the most profound impact, however I have worked with clients for much longer. These are scheduled every 1 to 4 weeks (dependant upon the intensity of what you are working through). This rhythm ensures we stay focused on your goals and prevents the momentum from dropping. *The Commitment & Continued Support* If you're prepared to accept this commitment to yourself? Then I in turn continue to hold space for you and work with your energy between sessions. This ensures your growth remains fluid, supported, and deeply aligned as you evolve. My continued support between our sessions is at the moment complimentary. To maintain the integrity and focus of this work, I only hold this energetic space for clients who are actively moving through their 1–4 week rhythm so that my resources remain dedicated to those currently in the active flow of transformation. Should you decide to discontinue our work or should the rhythm of our sessions extend beyond this 4-week window, my energetic focus on your journey, with this this focus, will release. Thank you for honouring this sacred boundary of my work. You are then of course welcome to book-in for regular healings when you would like :) *Investment & Exchange* Payment can be made on a session-by-session basis, or a discount is offered for those who wish to commit and purchase multiple sessions upfront.
